Small scale organic fertilizer equipment refers to the organic fertilizer equipment with low hourly capacity, low power consumption, low price and small floor area. This series of equipment is mainly used for comprehensive utilization of agricultural farms, large-scale planting waste emission reduction, environmental protection and recycling.
According to the amount of funds, spare sites and raw materials, it can be divided into small powder organic fertilizer production process and granular organic fertilizer production process. The production process of these two kinds of organic fertilizer production lines involves raw material ingredients and fermentation process.
Their process is simple, mainly fermentation, granulation, and other auxiliary processes. The production of organic fertilizer is mainly divided into powder organic fertilizer production line process and granular organic fertilizer production line process. The powder organic fertilizer process is a part of granular organic fertilizer process. The technological process is as follows:
1. Screening and classification technology, using drum screening machine to classify the powder fertilizer. More than the size of the powder particles returned to the crusher for further processing into finished products.
2. Follow up process of granular organic fertilizer processing: powdery fertilizer is crushed and then processed into granular fertilizer by a new type of organic fertilizer granulator or (roller extrusion granulator, disc granulator). Then, the screening machine is used for classification, and the unqualified particles are returned to the pulverizer for re crushing and granulation.
3. Drying and packaging technology. For small organic fertilizer equipment, natural drying and manual packaging can be carried out. For the processing technology of commercial small-scale organic fertilizer production line, it is equipped with drying equipment technology, continuous drying and packaging.
