Poultry Manure Organic Fertilizer Composting Process

The raw materials for organic fermentation composting of organic fertilizer processing equipment include straw, livestock manure, domestic sludge, processing organic waste, garden pruning waste, biomass waste, etc. Composting refers to the process of realizing harmless treatment of solid organic waste through the action of microorganisms under certain artificial control conditions such as moisture, C / N ratio and ventilation, and then promoting fermentation by making full use of organic fertilizer equipment fermentation dumper. Composting is a kind of organic fertilizer production, but also a kind of biological treatment of solid waste.

Technological process of organic composting:

The production process of organic waste composting includes: raw material storage and pretreatment, composting inoculation, fermentation, aging fermentation, composting quality inspection, finished product packaging or post-processing.

1. In raw material storage area, dry materials with low moisture content should be stored away from rain to keep low moisture content;

2. Wet materials with high moisture content should not be stored for a long time. They should be treated in time to reduce the generation of odor and leachate as much as possible and prevent secondary environmental pollution.

3. There should be a special raw material storage area for raw material storage, and a raw material storage workshop should be set up, in which different raw materials are stored according to their characteristics;

Composting process control:

1. Temperature control. The temperature of fermentation should be controlled between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the operation of turning over or forced ventilation should be carried out. The temperature of fermentation should be kept above 50 ℃ for 5-10 days.

2. Water control. Keeping proper water content is the first condition to promote microbial activity and compost fermentation. Generally, 60% - 75% of water holding capacity of composting material is suitable. As the moisture content of compost decreased gradually, the moisture content should be 36% - 45% at the end of the first fermentation;

3. Oxygen concentration of the reactor. Keeping proper air in the reactor is beneficial to the reproduction and activity of aerobic microorganisms and the decomposition of organic matter. When composting at high temperature, more attention should be paid to the appropriate tightness of composting to facilitate aeration. The oxygen concentration in the reactor can be kept above 3% through the operation of turning over the reactor or forced ventilation.
