Overview of Dry Organic Fertilizer Granulating Machine

The dry extrusion technology is used to compress the water content of 2-8% and powder fertilizer into granules. After crushing, finishing and screening process, the block materials are programmed to meet the requirements of granular materials.

Dry rolling granulation mainly relies on external pressure, so that the material is forced to pass through the gap between two opposite rotating rollers and compress into pellets. In the process of rolling, the actual density of materials can be increased by 1.5-3 times, so as to meet certain strength requirements. The machine is affordable and has high output.



All kinds of dry powder materials are added into the silo from the equipment department, and then enter into two equal rollers through degassing and spiral extrusion. The rolls rotate relatively, and the materials are forced to be sent between the two rollers. The rollers bite the materials into the gap for compression. After the materials pass through the compression area, the surface tension and gravity of the materials make them enter the rotary shaker for screening. The qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor. The materials under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material bin again for secondary rolling through the conveyor. The extrusion pressure of powder granulating machine can be adjusted by the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of granulation operation. It can improve quality and yield.

By changing the groove form of roll surface, sheet, strip and flat spherical materials can be obtained to meet the needs of customers.
