1. 2. The depth of organic compost in the organic fertilizer fermentation groove is 0.8-1.5 meters, and the pile width strictly follows the process design of fermentation tipper. The length can be determined according to the planned annual output. The depth of compost is not high, which is not conducive to temperature rise fermentation and complete maturity. If the depth is too large, such as more than 2 meters, it is easy to cause insufficient ventilation and oxygen supplement, which also affects the fermentation quality.
3. If the storage time of materials is too long or there are too many straws, fresh feces should be added to adjust the fermentation; the storage time of materials will easily cause the dissipation or volatilization of some organic matter.
4. In the process of professional organic fertilizer production line, it is necessary to use the tipper to turn the compost, promote fermentation, control the temperature of compost, control the moisture, dry and wet, and realize the supplement of oxygen, so as to realize the full maturity. For small-scale farm manure fermentation, it is necessary to cover the compost pile in outdoor flat land fermentation, so as to avoid that the fertilizer on the air dried surface can not be completely fermented.
5. In the process of fermentation, the first fermentation is usually 10 days to half a month, which is mainly achieved in this process. The organic fertilizer materials after tank fermentation usually need secondary aging fermentation, and the secondary fermentation time is usually three or four days to a week.
6. Different organic fertilizer materials have different fermentation maturity
（1） Fermentation with pure feces (about 20 days can be decomposed): crushed (chopped) weeds and crop straw can be added for fermentation, and the moisture content of compost should be adjusted at about 30%.
（2） Fermentation with manure (about 15 days can be rotten): after directly expanding the volume of bacteria, evenly remove a layer in the enclosure, stir it, and stack it directly on the fermentation platform. Repeat the operation. If the water content is too large, add appropriate amount of broken dry auxiliary materials in the enclosure to adjust.
