How To Make Perfect Organic Compost Fast?

Using chicken manure as raw materials, organic fertilizer is made, equipment is tossed with compost, biological fermentation bacteria are added, and the purpose of producing organic fertilizer is achieved through composting technology. Using organic fertilizer equipment, the daily processing of chicken manure as the main raw material of the mixture up to nearly 300 tons, the mixture moisture content of 60%. It has favorable conditions for treating chicken manure by aerobic composting and producing organic fertilizer.




The purpose of hot composting using chicken manure is to reduce the volatile substances in the waste, reduce the odor, kill parasitic eggs and pathogenic microorganisms, and achieve the purpose of harmlessness. In addition, the moisture content of organic materials is reduced by composting fermentation treatment, and organic matter is decomposed and mineralized to release nutrients such as N, P, K, etc., while the properties of organic materials become loose and dispersed.




  Composting treatment process




 Compost tanks are composed of several parts: pretreatment system, fermentation system, ventilation and aeration system, deodorization system, central control system and fertilizer processing system, and can be flexibly combined according to the amount of processing. The total moisture content of the wet chicken manure and rice husk mixture is adjusted to about 60%, and the biological fermentation is used to increase the temperature sterilization, which further reduces the water content of chicken manure, reduces the volume, has reached the requirements of the standard for harmless treatment of manure, speed up your compost, and adds fermentation agent at the beginning of fermentation time to promote compost temperature.





  (1) Compost treatment




  Daily treatment of wet chicken manure: 333t




  Moisture content: 60%




  Specific gravity of the mixture: 0.7t/m3




  Mixture volume: 333/0.7≈476m3




  (2) Process parameter control




  1) Raw material diameter: This project involves chicken manure and auxiliary materials Raw material diameter below 10 mm, no need to do crushing processing;




  2) Moisture content: The content of water is the main consideration parameter for raw material change, and the moisture content of raw material mixture has been around 60%, and does not need to be changed;




  3) C/N: C/N is the key consideration parameter for raw material change, C/N is controlled between 20 and 40, and raw material C/N does not need to be changed;




  4) Temperature monitoring: the internal temperature of the accumulation is increased to 50 ~ 70 ° C, maintaining for 7 to 10 days, in order to achieve the standard of harmless treatment of feces;




  5) Heap control: Based on temperature and fermentation time, the standard stipulates that when the temperature of the pile exceeds 70 °C or 60 °C above the maintenance of more than 24 hours, the pile can be turned over with an aerobic composting machine, and the frequency of the pile is different with the season;





  (3) Adopt model:




  2-3 meters span ground type piler; 6 meter above the groove piler.




  (4) Stacking parameters




  Maximum width of stacking: 20m (sub-slotting)




  Maximum height of stacking: 2.6m




  Stacking length: 55m




  The number of stacked strips: 30




  Composting plant design parameters and layout




  1) Composting site parameters




  Length of the dumping site: 55 20 = 75m (10 meters of operating space is left at each end of the stack)




  The width of the dumping site: 195 20 = 215m (10 meters of operating space is left on each side of the site)




  Dumping site area: 75m×215m=16125m2




  The chicken manure composting plant needs about 24.2 acres of site area, considering a certain auxiliary area for post-discharge treatment, product storage, according to 25% of the area of the composting area, the total area needs about 30 acres.




  The composting field needs to be built as a flat cement ground with a surface pressure of 1.83kg/cm2, and it is recommended that the ground construction be inclined to an inclination angle of 1° to prevent possible water accumulation.




  (3) Technical parameters of the heaping process




  The newly stacked mixture is tipped over with a commercial compost making machine to make it mix evenly




  The tipping machine works about 3-4 hours a day




  The heaping cycle is 10-20 days, every two days to turn the pile, and the last ten days to turn the pile once a day.




  The moisture content of the finished product can eventually reach about 30%.
