How To Make Organic Fertilizer From Manure Compost?

First of all, the technical staff will combine the market demand or customer demand, combined with the market situation of raw materials, formulate the corresponding fertilizer production formula, and optimize the quantity of raw materials. The operators of the raw material mixing section add the quantity of each raw material in strict accordance with the requirements of the technician and add various raw materials such as N, P, K and additives to the electronic belt scale or batching machine to configure as needed.


How to make compost fertilizer by animal manure? The process of adding raw materials requires that the raw material be powdered or granules, that agglomeration is not allowed, and that the raw material flow must be uniform and sometimes uninterrupted. Otherwise, it will affect the measurement accuracy and control of the granulation process, and ultimately affect the product content.

Crush the part

The metered raw material flows into the inlet of the pulverizer, and the motor of the manure crusher drives the rotor body to run at high speed to crush the raw material, so as to achieve the fineness required for granulation. In addition to the crushing effect, the shredder also has the function of secondary mixing. The crushed material enters the belt conveyor through the discharge outlet, which is transported to the granulator and then into the organic manure granulation.


Granulation part

The crushed raw materials are fed into the aggregate belt conveyor and then sent to the fertilizer granular organic for granulation. The solid fertilizer powder to be granulated rises through the rotation of the cylinder and rolls down under the action of gravity, while a certain proportion of the binder is added according to the amount of granulated raw material. The material is wrapped layer by layer on the surface of the granulation core, thickened layer by layer and gradually granulated. Under the action of the above forces, the material gradually forms a bottom core until it reaches the granulation requirements and enters the drying area.


Dry part

The dryer for organic fertilizer adopts the method of cylindrical edge transfer, flange connection and direct heat transfer, which is suitable for the drying of compound fertilizer after granulation. The material to be dried enters the drying area of the wood plank copy in a special combination. Due to the tilting and slewing movement of the body and planks, the material is continuously absorbed by the planks for full dispersion and longitudinal motion. High temperature furnace gas for sufficient heat exchange to evaporate water and dry the material. If dry material and flue gas are required, use downstream flow rates and operate under slightly negative pressure. There is a secondary granulation area in the dryer, which can be used for fertilizer granules manufacture of some unpelled materials, which is conducive to improving the granulation rate of the system. In the drying process, it is necessary to monitor at any time and adjust the temperature of the furnace head and furnace end of the dryer according to the process requirements by adjusting the temperature of the hot air furnace and exhaust fan, so that the dried material can achieve the best drying index. The material that completes the drying operation is conveyed to the cooling section by a belt conveyor.


Cooling part

Rotary coolers are mainly used for cooling of compound fertilizer products after drying. Fertilizer cooler can cool the hot granular fertilizer directly to near room temperature. The material entering the cooler moves forward continuously under the action of body rotation and tilt, while the induced draft fan encounters the material and takes away the heat material from the tail of the cooler to the head. During the cooling process, cold air also takes away some of the water. The cooled material facilitates quick packaging to prevent agglomeration during storage. The machine uses micro-negative pressure operation, which reduces pollution and improves the working environment. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, smooth operation and strong adaptability. The cooled material is conveyed to the screening section by a belt conveyor.

Sieving part

The screening section is mainly used to separate fine powders, finished products and large particles in the material. First, the fine powder in the semi-finished product is separated, and then the large particles are separated. The separated large particles are crushed by the large particle crusher and enter the return belt together with the separated fine powder, and then return to the granulator for granulation of compund fertilizer. The finished product enters the packaging section.

Packaging part

The finished product is lifted by a belt conveyor into a bin on the fertilizer bagging machine and discharged into the weighing body according to the set weight for automatic weighing. The weighed material enters the sewing area via a conveyor belt to enter the sewing operation into the finished product library.
