How to make commercial composting fertilizer?

Groove type compost turner is mainly used in livestock manure fermentation technology, such as pig, cattle, sheep, horse manure and chicken, duck manure. According to the characteristics of different ways of fecal discharge, fecal amount and nutrient content, different treatment methods were selected. Among them, the content of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in poultry manure is higher, and contains more calcium and other medium and trace elements.

Poultry manure is easy to decompose and has a higher temperature, so it belongs to thermal fertilizer; pig manure has a fine texture, contains more organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients, and contains a lot of humus, which has a good effect on improving soil fertility; Cow dung is a kind of cold fertilizer, in which the organic matter is difficult to decompose, the maturity is slow, and the fermentation temperature is low; sheep dung has fine texture, low water content, high nitrogen and potassium content in sheep urine, and its nitrogen form is mainly urea nitrogen, which is easy to be decomposed and utilized; horse dung has high organic matter content and a large number of fiber decomposing bacteria, which can produce high temperature during composting, so it is a kind of hot fertilizer.

After aerobic and high-temperature composting and fermentation, the organic fertilizer has no odor, the effective nutrient content increases, most of the pathogens, parasite eggs and weed seeds are killed, the fermentation time is generally 8-15 days, and the fermentation temperature reaches 50-70 ℃. The main method is to use the rotary knife to rotate and sprinkle during the walking process of the Groove type compost turner, so that the materials can fully contact with the oxygen of the air. Then precipitation heat, up to 50-70 ℃ high temperature, repeated several times, can fully kill bacteria, insects, weeds and so on.
