1. The output of steam drum granulator is elastic, and the drum granulator is cylindrical with good heat preservation effect. Steam is used to increase the material temperature during granulation to meet the liquid phase required for granulation, which can greatly reduce the water content of materials during granulation, reduce the load of dryer and increase the output of the whole machine.
2. More varieties can be developed, which can produce 20-48% kinds of compound fertilizers with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients from 20% to 48%, high nitrogen compound fertilizers with more than 20% nitrogen elements, various brands of chemical fertilizers, organic and inorganic compound fertilizers.
3. Drum fertilizer granulator has wide adaptability to raw materials. It can be used with raw materials with low solubility (such as calcium superphosphate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, etc.) and high solubility (urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate) as required, as well as some organic matter and medium and trace elements.
Things Need to be Noticed before Use
1. Check whether there are foreign matters in the machine before starting the machine.
2. Check whether all parts of the machine are normal.
3. No iron, stone, wood and other debris are allowed to enter the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.
4. The gear oil must be added once before the reducer is used in production. The gear oil should be changed every four months.
5. Both the supporting ring and the Yellow gear need to be lubricated.
6. Before shutdown, the internal materials must be discharged before shutdown, so as to prevent the materials from sticking to the cylinder body, and make preparations for the next start-up, which is conducive to the next team production.
