Composting and Machines Used for it

Ground windrow fermentation is a kind of fertilizer making mode which is more advanced and saves civil engineering and human resources at present. The materials need to be piled into long strips, and the materials are stirred and broken regularly by the dumper, and the organic matter is decomposed under aerobic conditions.

When the small-scale ground compost turner and manure turner are used, the materials needed for fermentation are piled into long windrows. The materials are turned over by the composting turner machines once every three to five days, stirred and broken, and the organic matter is decomposed under aerobic conditions. It can effectively mix poultry manure and sludge with microbial agents and straw powder. To create a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. It can be heated in one day, deodorization in 3-5 hours, sterilization (can completely kill the avian influenza virus in feces), and become fertilizer in seven days. It is not only faster than other mechanical fermentation methods, but also much more efficient. With the function of crushing, time and labor are greatly saved, the production efficiency and product quality of organic fertilizer making plant are significantly improved, and the cost is greatly reduced.

Small manure organic fertilizer turner adopts four-wheel walking design, which can move forward, backward and turn, and is controlled by one person. During the driving, the whole vehicle rides on the long windrow-shaped fertilizer base which is pre stacked. The rotary cutter shaft hanging under the frame turns, fluffy and moves the pile of fertilizer base raw materials. After the vehicle passes, it becomes a new strip pile. They can operate in the open outdoor field or in the workshop shed.

When the compost turner works, it can effectively mix the sludge, thick chicken manure and other materials with bacteria and straw powder. It creates a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. It is not only much faster than deep tank fermentation, but also effectively prevents the production of hydrogen sulfide, amine gas, indole and other harmful and malodorous gases in the fermentation process, meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
